    Rice Chopsuey

    Rice ChopsueyIngredients:

    Boiled Noodles ½ packet
    Boiled Rice 250 grams
    Cabbage Slice Half
    Green Beans Slice 150 grams
    Finely Chopped Onion 2
    Carrots Slice 1
    Finely Chopped Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
    Chicken Cube 1-2
    Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
    Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
    Spring Onions 3-4 Sticks
    Sesame Seeds Oil ½ tsp
    Oil 3-4 tbsp
    Salt to taste

    Method:

    First take ½ packet of noodles and boil the noodles then fry. Then take a pan add 3-4 tbsp of oil 1 tbsp of finely chopped ginger garlic, 2 finely chopped onion and fry it for 1 to 2 minute.
    Then add 150 grams of green beans slices,1 carrot slices and 3-4 strands of spring onion and cook in 5 to 7 minutes on high flame. Then add 1-2 chicken cube , 1 tsp of crushed blacke pepper, salt to taste , 1 tbsp of soya sauce and as required water and mix it well. Now add ½ tsp of sesame seeds oil and half cabbage mix it well. Then add boiled rice and mix it well. At last put fry noodles in a platter and pour the rice chosuey mixture on top and serve it.
