    Chinioti Paya Kunna




    Chinoiti Paaye Kunna
    Ingredients

    Mutton Meat ½ kg
    Goat Feet 2
    Onion Chopped 2
    Kunna Masala 1 tbsp
    Ginger Garlic Paste 2tbsp
    Red Chili Powder 2tbsp
    Turmeric Powder 1tsp
    Roasted Flour 2 tbsp
    Clarified Butter 1 cup
    Salt to taste

    Method

    For Kunna : Take a cooking pan add water and 2 goat feet make a stock and set aside. Take a clay pot add 1 cup of clarified butter, heat the clarified butter add 2 sliced onions cook till its light brown now add 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste , add ½ kg mutton meat, fry all the ingredients. Now add 1tbsp of gulzar’s special kunna masala, 2tbsp of red chili powder , 1 tsp of turmeric powder cook 2-3 minutes. Now add mutton stock with bones, cook on a low flame. When the mutton is tender add as per taste salt mix it well. Now take 2 tbsp of roasted flour dissolve into some water mix it well, add the mixture slowly slowly into the clay pot , make a gravy, when the gravy is thick. Dish out the paya sprinkle the black cumin seeds and garnish with ginger Julian’s and serve it.
