BREAD AND BANANA PUDDING



BREAD AND BANANA PUDDINGINGREDIENTS:

French Bread 4 cupMelted Butter 100gEggs 3Milk 2 cupSugar ½ cupVanilla Extract 1 tspCinnamon Powder ½ tspNutmeg Powder ½ tspSalt 1 pinchBanana Slices 6FOR SAUCE:Butter 3 tbspSugar 2 tbspCorn Starch 1 tbspMilk ¾ cupLight Corn Syrup ½ cupVanilla Extract 1 tsp

METHOD:

Grease a deep pan and add 4 cup French bread cubes and spread it. Pour 100g melted butter. Beat 3 eggs in a medium sized bowl and add 2 cup milk, ½ cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, ½ tsp cinnamon powder and 1 pinch salt. Stir 6 banana slices. Now take this mixture and spread it on bread cubes and bake it for 40 minutes on 375C. For the sauce, melt 3 tbsp butter and add 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp starch. Stir ¾ cup milk and ¼ cup light corn syrup and cook it on medium heat until the mixture gets boiled. Boil it for 1 minute and take it out from the stove and stir it in vanilla extract. Serve the hot sauce with hot pudding.
