Mango Ice cream
Ingredients:
Mango Pulp 1 – ½ kg
Condensed Milk 2 cans
Fresh Cream 2 Packets
Dry Milk Powder 2 Cups
Condensed Milk 2 cans
Fresh Cream 2 Packets
Dry Milk Powder 2 Cups
Method:
• In Dry milk ,add Water and make thick milk.• In a blender, add in mango pulp, condensed milk, fresh cream, milk and blend.
• Put it in the air tight box and freeze it for 24 hours.
• Serve chilled.
