    Cham Cham


    Cham Cham
    Ingredients

    Milk 2kg
    Sugar 1 cup
    All Purpose Flour 2-3 tbsp 
    Vinegar ½ cup
    Kewra Essence few drops
    Baking Powder 1 tsp
    Almonds and Pistachio ½ cup

    Method 

    Take a sauce pan add 2 kg of milk, boil the milk when the milk is bubble up leave for few minutes, now add ½ cup of white vinegar now strain the milk on cloth , hang the cloth till its dry, now separate the paner add 1 tsp of baking powder , 2-3 tbsp of all purpose flour now mix it well with help of hands. Now shape it to the ovals. Now take a sauce pan add 1 cup of sugar, as required water, few drops of screw pine essence mix it well and cook to make a sugar syrup. Now add the cham cham ovals in the sugar syrup , cook and leave it to the low flame. Now the cham cham comes up . dish out the cham cham . At last ½ cup chopped almonds and pistachio and serve it hot
