    Parsi Green Mutton Curry



    Parsi Green Mutton Curry
    Ingredients 

    Mutton Meat ½ kg
    Onion 1
    Garlic 4-5 cloves
    Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
    Coriander Powder ½ tsp
    Fennel Seeds ¼ tsp
    Poppy Seeds 1 tbsp
    Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
    Lemon juice 2 tbsp
    Cashew Nuts ½ cup
    Coconut ½ cup
    Green chilies 5-6
    Coriander 1 bunch
    Mint leaves 1 bunch
    Oil 1/3 cup
    Salt as per taste

    Method

    For Mutton Marination: Take a mixing bowl add ½ kg of mutton meat add 2tbsp of lemon juice, ½ tsp turmeric powder and a pinch of salt mix it well, marinate it atleast 1/2 an hour. For Coconut Paste: Take a blender add ½ cup of decicated coconut, 5-6 green chilies, 1 onion , 1 tbsp of poppy seeds , 4-5 garlic cloves, ½ cup of cashew nuts ¼ tsp of fennel seeds , ½ tsp of coriander powder. Blend it to make a paste For Green Paste: take a blender add 1 bunch of coriander , 1 bunch of mint leaves and as required water blend it to make paste. Now take a cooking pan add 1/3 cup of oil , heat the oil add ½ tsp of cumin seeds fry now add onion and fry till the onion is light brown add marinate mutton mix it well and fry now add coconut paste and as required water, cook until mutton is tender , when the mutton meat is nicely tender add green paste mix it well and roast it. Now dish it out and garnish with cashew nuts and serve it
