Ingredients

Beef Steak 1
Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Dark Soya Sauce 2tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Oil 2tbsp
Salt to taste

Method 

For Steak: Take a mixing bowl add 1 tsp of garlic paste , 1 tsp of crushed black pepper , 2tbsp of dark soya sauce , 2tbsp of white vinegar and a pinch of salt ,mix it well marinate the beef steak . Now take a grill pan add a little oil on it heat the Cham the steak , fry the steak on the both of the sides , cook when the beef meat is tender and grill marks appear on it. Now Americano steak is ready to serve
