      CARAMEL PARTY MOUSSE


      CARAMEL PARTY MOUSSE
      INGREDIENTS:

      Unflavored Gelatin 1 tbsp
      Water ½ cup
      Sugar ½ cup
      Eggs 5
      Beaten Cream 2 cup
      Brown Sugar 2 tbsp

      METHOD:

      Heat water in a pan. Now put another pan in it and add ½ cup water and 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin and cook until the gelatin is done properly and then cool it. Then in a pan add ½ cup sugar and 2 tbsp water and boil it until the syrup becomes like golden caramel. Now take it out from the stove and cool it for 5 minutes and add the remaining water until the mixture becomes thick. Then cook it for 5 more minutes and add the gelatin mixture. Add 2 egg yolks and 2 tbsp brown sugar and beat it until it becomes thick and creamy. Then beat the caramel mixture that it becomes fluffy. Beat egg white. With it, add 2 cup beaten cream and caramel mixture and garnish It with beaten cream and serve it in the serving glass.
