
Dahi Ka MeethaIngredients:
Yogurt 1 kg
Milk ½
cupSugar 250 gm
Chopped Almonds 3
tbspChopped Pistachio 3 tbsp
Method:
• Put 1 kg yogurt in a cloth and hang it for ½ an hour. • In a bowl, add yogurt, 250 gm sugar and beat it.• Add in ½ cup Milk.• Add in 3 tbsp chopped Almonds and 3 tbsp chopped Pistachio. Blend everything together.• Keep it in the freezer. Serve chilled.
