Fruit CocktailIngredients:
Fruit Cocktail 1 Big TinVanilla Custard 3 tbsp
Fresh Milk ½ liter
Condensed Milk 1 tin
Chopped Walnuts ½ cup
Strawberry Jelly 1 Packet
Warm Water 1 cup
Chopped Chocolate 1 Packet
Sugar 2 tbsp
Method:
• In a pan, add in ½ liter Milk and 2 tbsp Sugar. Cook it• In cold milk, add in 3 tbsp vanilla custard and dissolve it. When the milk thickens and cool it.
• Dissolve jelly in hot water and let it set.
• In a bowl, add in custard mixed with condensed milk.
• Add in tin of fruit cocktail and without syrup.
• Garnish it with jelly and chocolate chunks.
• Add in chopped walnuts and serve cold.
