CHICKEN SABUT MASOOR


CHICKEN SABUT MASOORINGREDIENTS:

Chicken ½ kgBoiled Split gram 375gChopped Tomatoes 250gGinger Garlic Paste 1 tbspRed Chili Powder ½ tspTurmeric Powder 1 tspCumin Powder 2 tspAll Spice Powder 2 tspMint Leaves 1 bunchGreen Chilies 8Milk 1 cupGhee 1 cupSalt 1 tsp

METHOD:

Heat oil and add ginger garlic paste in it. When aroma comes, then add the chicken in it. With it add, chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, all spice powder and salt and cover it. When chicken is done, then add boiled split gram and milk and cover it for 10 minutes. In the end, add green chilies and mint leaves. Sabut Masoor is ready.
