    Naan khatai


    Ingredients:

    1.1/2 cup Plain flour 
    1/4 cup semolina
    1/2 cup ghee
    1tsp green cardamom powder
    1 cup caster sugar
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    Milk as required (if needed)
    2 tbsp pistachio chopped

    Method:

    Mix ghee, sugar and cardamom powder in a bowl.
    Add flour, samolina, baking powder, baking soda and mix lightly with hand (use milk if needed to mix).
    Make medium size balls, flatten with fork and put them in a grease tray.
    Sprinkle chopped pistachio on top and bake 180 degree for 12-15 minutes.
