    FRIED PRAWN MASALA


    FRIED PRAWN MASALA
    INGREDIENTS:
    Prawns 1kg
    Vinegar 4 tbsp
    Onions 250g
    Tomatoes 250g
    Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Coriander Powder 2 tsp
    Cumin 2 tsp
    Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
    All Spice Powder 1 tsp
    Fenugreek Seeds 2 tsp
    Green Coriander ½ bunch
    Dried Red Chilies 6
    Oil ½ cup
    METHOD:
    In n1 kg prawns, add 4 tbsp vinegar and keep it aside. Now cut the onions in cubes. Now in ½ cup oil, heat it and add 1 tbsp ginger garlic, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp green coriander, 2 tsp cumin, 2 tsp fenugreek seeds and 1 tsp all spice powder and mix it properly. Now add the prawns and cook it on high heat. Now add 250g tomatoes, 6 dried red chilies and ½ bunch green coriander and put it on simmer for 10 minutes. Delicious fried prawn masala is ready.
