    FRIED BENGALI MIRCH
    INGREDIENTS:
    Gram Lentil ½ cup
    Green Gram ½ cup
    Onions 1
    Cumin 1 tsp
    Green Chilies 2
    Salt ½ tsp
    German Chilies 12
    Chaat Masala 2 tbsp
    Roasted Cumin 1 tbsp
    Roasted Carom Seeds 1 tsp
    Black Salt ½ tsp
    Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
    Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
    Crushed Red Chilies ½ tsp
    Oil for frying as required
    METHOD:
    Soak ½ cup gram lentil and ½ cup green gram for 4 to 5 hours. Then put 1 onion, 1 tsp cumin, 2 green chilies and ½ tsp salt and chop it. For filling, put 2 tbsp chaat masala, 1 tbsp roasted cumin, 1 tsp roasted carom seeds, ½ tsp black salt, 4 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp brown sugar and ½ tsp crushed red chilies and mix it properly. Now slice 2 green chilies and fill the masala and put it in your hands and chop it. Fry it in hot oil in the end.
