    CHINESE COMBO FRIED RICE


    CHINESE COMBO FRIED RICE
    INGREDIENTS:
    Boiled Rice 2 cup
    Mushrooms 1 cup
    Cauliflower 1 cup
    Capsicum 1 cup
    Green Onions 1 cup
    Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
    Green Chili Paste 2 tsp
    Chopped Carrots 2
    Sausages 4
    Boiled Noodles 1 cup
    Soya Sauce 4 tbsp
    Black Pepper 1 tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Oil 3 tbsp
    METHOD:
    Heat 3 tbsp oil and add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste. When aroma comes, then add 4 finely chopped sausages. Now add 1 cup mushrooms, 1 cup cauliflower, 1 cup capsicum, 2 tsp green chili paste, 2 chopped carrots, 1 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp salt and mix it and fry it for 2 minutes. Then add 2 cup boiled rice, 1 cup boiled noodles, 4 tbsp soya sauce and 1 cup green onions and mix it and turn off the stove.
