    BASIC CUPCAKES

    BASIC CUPCAKES
    INGREDIENTS:
    Flour 1 cup
    Caster Sugar 1 cup
    Eggs 4
    Butter 125g
    Baking Powder 1 tsp
    Vanilla Essence ½ tsp
    INGREDIENTS FOR TOPPING:
    Cream 1 cup
    Bunties as required
    Round Jelly as required
    Cherries as required
    METHOD:
    First heat 125g butter in a bowl and add 1 cup custard sugar and beat it. Now add 4 eggs in it and beat it. Also add ½ tsp vanilla essence, 1 tsp baking powder and 1 cup flour and beat it properly.
    Then grease the cups and pour the mixture in it and bake it on 200C for 20 minutes. Take it out and cook it and put 1 cup cream on it. Now put bunties as required, round jelly and cherries as required and serve after garnishing.
