    BUTTER AND GREEN CHILI RICE
    INGREDIENTS:
    Boiled Rice ½ kg
    Green Onions 6
    Green Chilies 6
    Butter 100g
    Black Pepper 1 tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
    METHOD:
    Heat 100g butter and add 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic and 6 finely chopped green chilies and cook. When garlic becomes golden brown, then add 1 cup chopped green onions, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt and ½ kg boiled rice and mix. Put it on simmer for 5 minutes. Butter and Green Chili Rice is ready.
