    Turkish Roasted Chicken by Chef Gulzar



    Ingredients 

    Chicken (With Skin Whole)        1 to 1.25 kg 
    Crushed Fennel Seeds                        2 tsp
    Garlic Paste                                 2 tbsp
    Nutmeg Powder                             1 pinch 
    Vinegar                                     ½ cup
    Crushed Black Pepper                   1 tbsp
    Oregano                                     1 tsp
    Rosemary                                 1 tsp
    Paprika Powder                             1 tsp
    Smoke Powder                             1/3 tsp
    Olive Oil                                     4-5 tbsp
    Salt                                         to taste
    Method 

    Take a mixing bowl add 1 tsp of fennel powder, 1/3smoke powder, 1 tsp of rosemary, 1 tsp of oregano, 1 tbsp of paprika powder, 2 tbsp of garlic paste, 1 pinch of nutmeg powder, ½ cup of vinegar, 1 tbsp of crushed black pepper, 3 tbsp of olive oil  and to taste salt mix it well. Now take 1-1/2 kg chicken marinade it for 1-1/2 hours. Now steam the chicken in the steamer and take it out and set aside. Take the rest of the olive oil heat the oil and add fennel seeds and garnish with chicken and serve it
