Ingredients :
for Cooking Noodles:1 packet Noodles
¼ tsp Salt
½ tsp Oil
1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
½ cup Finely Chopped French Beans
¾ cup Grated Carrots
¾ cup Shredded Cabbage
½ cup Chopped Spring Onion
1 thinly Sliced Capsicum
¼ cup Sprouts
½ cup Tofu Cubes
1 tsp Finely Chopped Ginger
1 tsp Finely Chopped Garlic
1 stick Finely Chopped Celery
2 to 3 Green Chilies Finely Chopped
1 tsp Chili Sauce
1 tsp Green Chili Sauce
3 tsp Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
½ tsp Black Pepper or White Pepper Powder
2 tsp Corn Flour
½ tsp Vinegar
3 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
Spring Onion to decorate
Method :
cook noodles in boiling salted water till done. Drain and pour little oil so that they remain separate. keep aside. Heat oil in a wok, saute the green chilies, ginger and garlic. add chopped onions or spring onions. add sliced mushrooms and finely chopped french beans. stir and saute, add grated carrots, shredded cabbage and sliced capsicum. add soya sauce, red chili sauce, green chili sauce. season with black pepper or white pepper and salt. stir everything well and then add the cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp cold water and stir well to thicken the sauce.
add the boiled noodles. Toss the noodles with the stir fried veggies.
lastly add vinegar. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and spring onion greens.
