  • Ingredients
  1. Frozen strawberry 1 cup
  2. Coconut milk powder 3 tbsp
  3. Pineapple juice 1 cup
  4. Sugar 2 tbsp
  5. Ice cubes 1 cup
  6. Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  7. Vanilla ice cream 2 scoops
  8. Strawberry essence 2 to 3 drops
  • Method
Blend altogether serves immediately,
