BUTTER AND GREEN CHILI RICE




BUTTER AND GREEN CHILI RICE
INGREDIENTS:
Boiled Rice ½ kg
Green Onions 6
Green Chilies 6
Butter 100g
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
METHOD:
Heat 100g butter and add 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic and 6 finely chopped green chilies and cook. When garlic becomes golden brown, then add 1 cup chopped green onions, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt and ½ kg boiled rice and mix. Put it on simmer for 5 minutes. Butter and Green Chili Rice is ready.

BASIC CUPCAKES

BASIC CUPCAKES
INGREDIENTS:
Flour 1 cup
Caster Sugar 1 cup
Eggs 4
Butter 125g
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Vanilla Essence ½ tsp
INGREDIENTS FOR TOPPING:
Cream 1 cup
Bunties as required
Round Jelly as required
Cherries as required
METHOD:
First heat 125g butter in a bowl and add 1 cup custard sugar and beat it. Now add 4 eggs in it and beat it. Also add ½ tsp vanilla essence, 1 tsp baking powder and 1 cup flour and beat it properly.
Then grease the cups and pour the mixture in it and bake it on 200C for 20 minutes. Take it out and cook it and put 1 cup cream on it. Now put bunties as required, round jelly and cherries as required and serve after garnishing.

ASIAN BBQ CHICKEN


ASIAN BBQ CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Breast Pieces 4
Brown Sugar 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
Crushed Chilies 2 tsp
All Spice Powder 1 tsp
Roasted Cumin 2 tsp
Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
Soya Sauce 4 tbsp
Black Pepper 2 tsp
Papaya 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Polythene Bags (1 kg) 1
METHOD:
Flatten chicken breast with the help of hammer. Now in a polythene bag add 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp ginger garlic, 2 tsp crushed chilies, 1 tsp all spice powder, 2 tsp roasted cumin, 4 tbsp lemon juice, 4 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp papaya and mix it properly.
Then add the chicken and mix it properly so that all the spices get mixed up. Now take it out in a tray and put oil. Then bake it on 200c for 30 minutes. In the end give smoke of coal. Asian BBQ Chicken is ready.

FRIED PRAWN MASALA


FRIED PRAWN MASALA
INGREDIENTS:
Prawns 1kg
Vinegar 4 tbsp
Onions 250g
Tomatoes 250g
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 2 tsp
Cumin 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
All Spice Powder 1 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds 2 tsp
Green Coriander ½ bunch
Dried Red Chilies 6
Oil ½ cup
METHOD:
In n1 kg prawns, add 4 tbsp vinegar and keep it aside. Now cut the onions in cubes. Now in ½ cup oil, heat it and add 1 tbsp ginger garlic, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp green coriander, 2 tsp cumin, 2 tsp fenugreek seeds and 1 tsp all spice powder and mix it properly. Now add the prawns and cook it on high heat. Now add 250g tomatoes, 6 dried red chilies and ½ bunch green coriander and put it on simmer for 10 minutes. Delicious fried prawn masala is ready.

CHINESE COMBO FRIED RICE


CHINESE COMBO FRIED RICE
INGREDIENTS:
Boiled Rice 2 cup
Mushrooms 1 cup
Cauliflower 1 cup
Capsicum 1 cup
Green Onions 1 cup
Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
Green Chili Paste 2 tsp
Chopped Carrots 2
Sausages 4
Boiled Noodles 1 cup
Soya Sauce 4 tbsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
METHOD:
Heat 3 tbsp oil and add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste. When aroma comes, then add 4 finely chopped sausages. Now add 1 cup mushrooms, 1 cup cauliflower, 1 cup capsicum, 2 tsp green chili paste, 2 chopped carrots, 1 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp salt and mix it and fry it for 2 minutes. Then add 2 cup boiled rice, 1 cup boiled noodles, 4 tbsp soya sauce and 1 cup green onions and mix it and turn off the stove.

FRIED BENGALI MIRCH
INGREDIENTS:
Gram Lentil ½ cup
Green Gram ½ cup
Onions 1
Cumin 1 tsp
Green Chilies 2
Salt ½ tsp
German Chilies 12
Chaat Masala 2 tbsp
Roasted Cumin 1 tbsp
Roasted Carom Seeds 1 tsp
Black Salt ½ tsp
Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
Crushed Red Chilies ½ tsp
Oil for frying as required
METHOD:
Soak ½ cup gram lentil and ½ cup green gram for 4 to 5 hours. Then put 1 onion, 1 tsp cumin, 2 green chilies and ½ tsp salt and chop it. For filling, put 2 tbsp chaat masala, 1 tbsp roasted cumin, 1 tsp roasted carom seeds, ½ tsp black salt, 4 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp brown sugar and ½ tsp crushed red chilies and mix it properly. Now slice 2 green chilies and fill the masala and put it in your hands and chop it. Fry it in hot oil in the end.

CHICKEN AND PEANUT BUTTER SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS:

Boneless Chicken ½ kg
Peanut Butter 2 tbsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Tomatoes 2
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Green Onions 2
Salad Leaves 1 bunch
Sweet Corn 1 cup
Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
BBQ Sauce 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
French Bread 1
METHOD:
Heat 2 tbsp oil and add 1 tsp garlic. Put water in ½ kg boneless chicken cubes and cover it. When chicken is done, then turn off the stove and add 2 tbsp peanut butter, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt, 2 green chilies, 2 tbsp chili sauce and 2 tbsp BBQ sauce and mix it. In this mixture, add 1 cup sweet oil. Make three pieces of a French bread. On each piece put 2 tbsp butter. On the top put 1 bunch salad, onions and chicken filling and Serve.
